Army Lists, Summary Sheets And Data Cards
To aid game play, there are a number of options available to the player when keeping track of model profiles during a game.

Players are encouraged to create their own army lists based on the models they want to use. How that army list is documented is up to the player, but having the model profiles recorded in a standard format is recommended.
Firstly, there is the detailed army list. Some sample army lists are supplied by No Limits (such as the Grymn and the Spugs). Secondly, there is the summary sheet and finally there are the unit data cards.
Army List
The army list is a fully detailed description of the models used in the force. To provide some extra flavour, a detailed background may be created to add some sense of history and explain the origins of some of the featured units.

Army List
It is not necessary to create a fully detailed army list for your force, just keeping to the model profiles and adding some images of the models is perfectly adequate. It is entirely up to individual players to the level of detail they want.
The template used to create the No Limits sample forces is available from the downloads sections listed as the No Limits Army List Document Template. The template is in Microsoft Word format and is a very simple format to work with.
Summary Sheet
A summary sheet is simply a one or two page table of the army and all the important characteristics required. When playing a game, the summary sheet should contain all of the important information required about the models being used.
Summary Sheet
The model profile details all of the attributes associated with the model; actions (AC), ranged attack (RA), close combat (CC), strength (ST), toughness (T), wounds (W), command (CO) and armour (AR). Extra notes on any special abilities or traits may be added.
Model Profile
The weapon profile details provide all of the important characteristics required to unleash death and destruction on your opponent!
During various demo games, it seemed like a good idea to add a couple of extra columns to the weapons table. The penetration modifier (PM) was added rather than have the value in the notes column. In addition, the total armour modifier (TAM) was added for those gamers (like me) who like to have everything worked out and displayed in easy to digest in your face no working out required manner!

Data Cards
Using data cards has always been a favourite way to keep a model or units attributes all in one place and in an easy to use size. Since the advent of collectable cards games and the easy availability of plastic sleeves, I have been summarising profiles on data cards. Tom Kiley (CmdrKiley) produced the first data cards for the Grymn and followed them up with the Druusch (zombie style force).
