Growlers
Growlers in Genayria have originated in the dense primordial forests of the equatorial regions. They have evolved in a fierce and brutal environment where even the mighty growlers aren't safe from the native lifeforms present there. Although there are a number of different types of growlers within the realm of Genayria, there are only four main Growler breeds; Razorbacks, Bluefangs, Whitetusks and Fireguts. Razorbacks are the most aggressive and hostile and it is from these that it is believed all the other breeds derived from.

Growlers are warm-blooded, bipedal and big! An adult growler stands approximately three to four meters tall, and weighs over two thousand kilograms, nearly all of it dense muscle and bone tissue. Growlers have two legs and two arms; however, their arms are substantially longer than their legs. The head features recessed eyes protected by bony ridges and a wide jaw filled with razor-sharp teeth. A row of sharp spines runs from the crest of the head down to the base of the spine. Growler hides come in a wide variety of colors based on their pack, diet and environment, ranging from white through black, with red and blue colors predominate. Growler hides are often striped, stippled, or mottled with other colors. Body hair is rare, usually apparent only on chieftains or specific breeds.

Growler Figures In The USA
Although Ral Partha Europe have been producing Growler models ever since the demise of FASA, Iron Wind Metals have now started producing the whole range in the USA. Included in Iron Wind's catalog is the previously unreleased "Hoppy" model (although for some reason Iron Wind refer to it as "Leapy").
